Installing/Updating Watts AMC

How To | Activating PRISM Sky & Downloading Watts AMC

NOTE: All PRISM Sky aircrafts shipped on or after December 16th, 2022 are delivered in compliance with Standard Remote ID. In order to for us as a manufacturer and our customers to remain compliant with the rule and for Remote ID to function properly, the Remote ID firmware (AOS 1.2.4 or newer) and software (Watts AMC 1.0.4 or newer) are the versions required to be installed.

The latest version of Watts AMC is available for download once you have registered your PRISM Sky via Auterion Suite.

Accessing Watts AMC via Suite

1. Connect to a Wi-Fi network

2. Login to the Suite account used to activate PRISM Sky

3. Open the Downloads page under Settings

4. Select Software

5. Under Watts AMC, download the latest software version

WARNING: Updating to any other software that has not been tested & inspected by Watts Innovations and specifically listed on the Watts Innovations Knowledge Base and/or under Watts AMC in your Suite account will void your warranty.

NOTE: For existing users updating to the latest version of Watts AMC, it is recommended to uninstall any previous versions of Watts AMC prior to installing a new version.

1. Locate the .exe file downloaded from Suite

2. Run the .exe by simply double-clicking the file.

3. A pop-up may appear, to override simply click More Info and select Run anyway

4. Select Yes to allow the app to make changes to your device

5. Click Next

6. Click Install

7. Close the installation setup once completed.

8. Open Watts AMC to login to your User Account
9. In the Watts AMC application navigate to Menu>Settings and scroll to the bottom to see the current version
